What to Expect

When you choose to enroll in our weight loss program, first you will be scheduled for an initial assessment by Dr. Tara Kersey-Barrett or Dr. Jakleen Labbad, during which she will review your medical health history and perform some basic tests and screenings, including body composition, resting metabolic rate, comprehensive blood work, EKG and more. This gives us a clear picture of your overall health and helps determine our personalized recommendations for you.

After your initial assessment, all patients attend a private session with one of our Dietitians to further outline the program, set expectations and answer any questions you might have.

Participants must be able to commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of programming, including regularly scheduled office visits, lab work and classes in order to ensure optimal success.

How we Monitor Your Health and Weight Loss

A metabolic measurement will determine how many calories your body needs to meet your goals. With your metabolic measurement, you will have a personalized nutrition and physical activity plan that guides you in losing or maintaining weight.

Weekly Classes

Participants in the Fisher-Titus Weight Loss program will attend weekly classes on a variety of topics:
