Good vs. Bad Stress
Stress is positive when it lasts only a short time and your body automatically relaxes once the stressful event has passed. Too much stress for too long can have negative effects on your health. Stress becomes negative when you stay stressed even after the stressful event has passed. Unrelieved negative stress can result in anxiety, depression, headaches, stomach problems, and illness.
What are the things that stress you out the most?
There are no right or wrong answers. Everyone has his or her own idea of what is stressful. You need to be aware of your own personal stressors. How do you normally deal with stress? We need to understand and then modify how our bodies respond to stress.
