Fisher-Titus Medical Center takes many activities outside the walls of the Medical Center and supported other community organizations to provide area residents with preventive screenings, health fairs and safety programs. In 2014, more than 18,000 area residents were reached with programs valued at almost $1.2 million.

In response to the Huron County Health Needs Assessment, the Board of Directors of Fisher-Titus Medical Center has determined that certain health needs identified in the assessment should be addressed as the highest priority through an implementation strategy noted for each such need.
